Our carpet took a long time to dry. Milestone Restoration came to our home and put 4 dryers in our basement for 2 days. I would recommend them to everyone.

Milestone Restoration responded to my call within 45 minutes on Christmas day. The technicians were knowledgeable, considerate, and professional. They did a fantastic job. They returned when they promised to collect their machines and replace the area rug that they had cleaned. I highly recommend this company. I can't rate the value for the money as this was covered by insurance.

The workers that came in to repair my kitchen ceiling were polite and professional and efficient. They restored my kitchen back to how it was so that you would not know that I had a pipe burst in the kitchen ceiling two separate times and water bought 2 separate parts of the ceiling down. I thank God for them because now I am cooking in my kitchen again!

Our basement flooded with 5 inches of water. Milestone came the same day and got it all out in quickly and professionally. Patrice who did our work was fantastic! I they also helped us deal with our insurance and everything they did was covered. I hope my basement does not flood again but they would get the call if it does

We had flooding in our carpeted basement. Patrice arrived on time, surveyed the damage, explained what he would do, and then did it! He was very responsive, called each time to let us know he was arriving. A totally satisfactory experience.
